Tika Ramayanti (Tika) commenced her career as a lawyer at a prominent law firm in Jakarta. With almost a decade of experiences, she has successfully managed numerous complex legal transactions and projects for major companies, closing deals with a total value of at least USD 200 million.

She has been trusted to handle M&A and restructuring deals across various industries and has also helped with several project development and finance practices both local and cross-border transactions in Indonesia involving leading companies and State-Owned Enterprises as well as government agency.

She is the main point of contact for M&A, foreign direct investment, and real estate and hospitality.

Aligned with her expertise, Tika holds a Certified Legal Auditor (CLA), allowing her to uphold legal integrity within organizations and assess the legality and compliance of the company’s business activities with regulatory requirements.
