We have been actively involved in construction projects for infrastructure, including buildings, highways, and access roads. Our expertise includes preparing and reviewing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, build-operate-transfer (BOT) agreements, and bank guarantees, as well as advising on environmental, insurance, contractor employment, and health and safety issues.

Representative Experiences:

• Assisted a subsidiary of a leading engineered wood solution provider in Southeast Asia with projects totaling more than IDR 500 billion for:
• The procurement and construction of a wood plant and its infrastructure in Maluku Utara.
• The procurement and construction of civil works and roads in an industrial forest in Maluku Utara.
• Assisted Indonesia’s largest manufacturing company in the construction of its factory in West Java.
• Assisted an Indonesian mining company with the purchase agreement for a long wall system.
• Assisted an Indonesian mining company in the construction of mining facilities under a BOT scheme.
• Provided a legal opinion to a subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise regarding the establishment of a floating power plant business.
• Provided a legal opinion to an Indonesian state-owned electricity provider company on the continuity of operations for the Lombok Timur coal-fired steam power plant.
• Provided a legal opinion on coal settlement for the Jawa 7 coal-fired power plant to an Indonesian state-owned electricity provider company.
• Assisted and advised an Indonesian state-owned electricity provider company in the procurement of biomass, biogas, and mini-hydro power plants by reviewing requests for proposals and power purchase agreements.
• Advised the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises by providing a comprehensive joint assessment in collaboration with Lembaga Manajemen Universitas Indonesia and PT Sucofindo Advisory Utama regarding the establishment of Mining State-Owned Companies Holding.
