• Advised PT Vostropay Paramartha Nusantara, a financial technology company engaged in non-card credit payments, on its consumer digital authentication mechanism under Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Assisted and advised the licensing process for an Indonesian IT company to obtain Category 1 and 3 Payment Service Provider licenses from Bank Indonesia.
• Advised an Indonesian IT firm on securing key regulatory licenses, including the Standard Certificate of Data Processing Service Provider from the Ministry of Industry and Standard Certificates for the Digital Identity and Electronic Certificate Provider from the Ministry of Communication and Digital.
• Provided legal support to a leading global advertising media company in structuring and reviewing influencer service agreements in Indonesia, in collaboration with a tax service provider, covering up to 1k contract deals monthly.
• Advising a publicly listed Indonesia-established provider of cable television and high-speed broadband internet services (“Cable Television and Internet Provider”) in relation to the transfer of its B2C business to a publicly listed Indonesia-established provider of mobile telecommunications services, and the lease of HFC/FTTH networks and/or facilities owned by the Cable Television and Internet Provider, with a total transaction value of approximately IDR 12 trillion.
